酒店管理专业实习生职业认同感的影响因素研究摘要:酒店人才短缺已经成为一个十分严峻的问题,高校在学校教育中要时刻注重学生职业认同感的培养,使学生对自己的职业生涯有一个系统而明确的规划,实现新入职毕业生能够迅速融入酒店企业的员工队伍中去,以有利于学生的职业生涯发展。学生职业认同感是从业动机的基本要素,也是稳定行业从业队伍的前提。无论是从酒店管理专业学生的就业意向还是酒店员工的职业稳定性来看,职业认同感都是偏低的。其原因既有社会、酒店及学校人才培养等客观因素的影响,也有学生自身主观因素的影响,近年来理论与实务界对此进行了深入地探讨并取得了丰硕的成果。本文分析酒店管理学生缺乏职业认同感的原因,就如何提高学生的职业认同感提出一些对策。关键词:酒店管理专业;实习生;职业认同感;影响因素Abstract: the hotel too much talent gap has become a very serious problem, in the school education in colleges and universities should pay attention to the cultivation of students' professional identity, so that the students of his career has a clear plan, implement new graduates can quickly into the hotel enterprise staff, conducive to the students in career development.
