初入园幼儿在园适应性调查与研究摘 要随着社会的发展,学前教育愈来愈受到社会各领域的关注,幼儿园教育体系也不断趋于成熟和完善。幼儿入园生活适应是幼儿开始幼儿园生活的开端,多数幼儿在入园初期表现出各方面的适应不良,如何对此类幼儿进行科学合理的引导引起了家长和幼儿教育者的极大关注,本研究主要运用观察法和访谈法,通过对当前幼儿入园适应现状的分析,探讨不同入园阶段幼儿的在在园适应性情况,并根据问卷调查分析围绕幼儿入园适应性工作存在的问题,基于此,提出相应的可行性建议,以促进幼儿更快更好的入园生活适应,为之后身心的全面健康发展做铺垫。关键词:幼儿;入园适应;人本教育AbstractWith the development of society, preschool education has been increasingly concerned by various fields of society, and the kindergarten education system has also become more mature and perfect. Adaptation of children into the park is the beginning of children's kindergarten life. Most children show maladaptation in various aspects at the beginning of the kindergarten. How to guide such children scientifically and reasonably has attracted great attention from parents and early childhood educators. The study mainly uses observation method and interview method to analyze the adaptability of children in different kindergartens through the analysis of the current situation of children's admission to the park, and analyzes the problems surrounding the adaptive work of children entering the park according to the questionnaire survey.
