个人理财业务分析——以中国建设银行为例内容摘要最近几年以来,中国经济连续保持快速稳健的发展态势,居民收入有了较快的增长,居民的金融意识也在不断的增强,我国的各大银行也纷纷推出了理财业务,在全国范围内也掀起了一阵理财热潮,国内的发展个人理财业务被越来越多的人所看好,虽然还处于刚刚开始的阶段,但是具有巨大的发展生命力。本文主要以中国建设银行个人理财业务为例,从组织结构分析、产品和服务、采用的模式和建立的流程等方面,揭示中国建设银行现阶段在个人理财业务方面存在的问题。原因在于,财务管理组织结构中的前端业务分割没有与后台集成、“封闭式”财务管理模式使财富管理产品的需求和供给不一致、没有过于完整的财富管理产品的风险梯度,没有与财富管理业务的规模小、品种少、层次低等理财产品特点相结合等等。在此基础上,提出了相应的解决方案,如在财务管理组织结构中建立改革机制,加强自主创新和资助研发能力,提高产品设计机制和丰富产品种类,形成商业模式的“开放”转型;,制定多种营销形式的理财市场,并指明了建行的个人理财业务的发展方向。关键词:个人理财,业务问题,中国建设银行IAbstractPersonal wealth management business has been slowly optimistic in the domestic development in recent years.
