本科论文摘 要安全预评价是在建设项目未开始时进行的立项、在项目规划阶段或生产经营活动组织实施之前，依靠相关的基础资料，辨识与分析建设项目和生产经营活动潜在的危险和有害因素，确定符合安全生产法律法规，标准，行政法规的要求，预测事故的可能性和严重性，提出科学，合理，可行的安全对策和建议，并作出安全评价结论。本预评价是某公司年生产 5000 吨铝型材料项目安全预评价。本次项目由一配电间，三个仓库，四个车间，一个消防泵房大体组成。主要采用立式半连续铸造工艺，采用钢丝绳传动的立式办连续设备，铝型材采用热挤压成型工艺。本次预评价对选址、总平面布置、建设项目等进行了安全预评价，来进一步了解可能存在火灾爆炸、机械伤害等危害，并及时采取措施。关键词：安全预评价；火灾爆炸；铸造 ；机械伤害本科论文AbstractSafety pre-evaluation is a research and analysis between project construction. According to the relevant laws, regulations, standards and norms of the country and industry, it uses safety science method to analyze the possible risks of construction projects in advance to reduce the occurrence of disasters, and even if it happens, it can also take appropriate safety measures in advance to mitigate the losses caused by injuries.This pre-evaluation is the safety pre-evaluation of the production project of 5000 tons of aluminium materials per year. The project consists of a distribution room, three warehouses, four workshops and a fire pump room.
