本科论文摘 要在这个交际越来越频繁的社会里，人员和货物的运输越来越重要，所以港口的运输户显得尤为重要，但是在大型货轮运输的情况中存在的事故突发事件较多危险性也较高给港口造成了巨大的压力。这项研究的内容是做好全部的危险性分析，把所有在港口可能发生的事故都一一列举出来，对本文的研究进行一个综合预案的编制，对火灾、防洪进行专项预案的编写。并把编写的预案这些工作化为实际行动让危险来临之际有一个较快的反应。这项研究的重点解决火灾、爆炸、防洪等应急事件突发之后的应急工作，在事故发生以后对应急工作有一个深入的了解以及后续的救援工作，在事故解决以后对现场的经济环境以及工作的秩序进行恢复之前的常态，以上就是这篇研究成果的作用，结合本文给出更好的建议。关键词：货轮；突发应急事故；应急预案；救援AbstractIn this society where communication is more and more frequent， the transport of people and goods becomes more and more important， therefore the port carriers are particularly important， but in the case of the large transport of goods， there are more more dangerous accidents and accidents.
