本科论文摘 要钢铁产业属于我国支柱产业，在日常生活到军工之中都占有极其重要的地位。生产过程中不可避免的伴有大量的能量转换，因此难免带来频繁的突发事故，但凡涉及到的事故都很严重，每年给人民生命以及财产带来的经济损失达数亿元，相应的我们应该找到并分析事故发生的具体原因，并对其造成的后果进行科学的预测和预警。钢铁生产事故发生的原因并不单一，事故的诱发因素有很多，需要我们对事故的原因经过和结果进行一一的检测分析，本论文共有七章内容，包括钢厂的危险源识别与分析，以及钢铁生产各类突发事故应急预案，其中包括综合应急预案和专项应急预案，还有钢厂事故应急响应程序等相关内容进行了逐一分析。之后依据 GB/T 29639-2013《生产经营单位生产安全事故应急预案编制导则》编制综合应急预案、火灾事故专项应急预案、煤气泄漏事故专项应急预案。于综合应急预案中分别从各个不同方面进行研究和编制。在专项应急预案中分别从风险分析、处置过程、处置措施等几方面进行分析和编制。最终由 AQ/T 9007-2011《生产安全事故应急演练指南》制定应急演练和培训方案。从类型、流程、准备等方面进行编制与分析。从多角度制定应急演练培训和厂外的应急演练宣传。本科论文关键词：钢厂；安全生产；应急预案AbstractSteel industry has been Chinese pillar industry and occupies an extremely important position in daily life to military industry for a long time.
