江苏雨中情防水技术集团库存管理研究摘 要21 世纪以来随着经济的发展，物流在企业运作过程中的作用日益凸显，如何降低企业的物流成本已经成为各方竞争角逐的焦点。运输和库存当属其中重点优化的领域，本文即是针对企业库存管理来进行的相关探究，以江苏雨中情防水技术集团有限责任公司为例。 首先，阐述本文研究的背景目的及意义，并介绍当前国内外库存管理研究的形势，同时发现国内研究理论中所存在的不足[1]。 其次结合公司的介绍，对企业库存管理的现状进行分析，同时透过现象去发掘其中隐含的问题，包括产品库存积压和仓库管理杂乱两方面，并就出现的问题总结其发生的原因。 最后，针对产品库存积压的问题，构建灰色预测模型来对产品未来市场需求进行更为精准的预测，同时对于仓库管理杂乱的问题则采用改进型 ABC 分类法将现有的产品库存以相互关联的方式进一步细分。 在这一系列优化措施完成的基础上，本文将对企业库存管理未来的发展提出相对应的建议与展望，以推动优化措施的深入落实。【关键词】库存管理；灰色预测模型；MATLAB;改进型 ABC 分类法Research on Inventory Management of Jiangsu Yuzhongqing Waterproofing Technology GroupAbstractSince the 21st century, with the development of economy, the role of logistics in the operation of enterprises has become increasingly prominent.
