本科论文摘 要安全评价可以查找、分析并且预测项目工程操作中的危险、有害因素,针对所辨识出的危险进行定性、定量的分析,从而制定安全对策措施的制定,做到预防事故,从根本上做到“安全第一,预防为主”。本次的安全风险分析与评价的对象是辽宁锦州的粮食筒仓,该企业拥有立筒仓群一组,普通平房仓栋,钢板浅圆仓座,平方米钢板保温平房仓一座,主要的评价对象为立筒仓,结构为钢筋混凝土框架,使用磷化铝进行粮食熏蒸作业,并且包含重型机械设备,为了使粮食筒仓的安全得到保障,防止事故的发生,本文对粮食筒仓进行系统的安全评价。本次评价的单元分为粮食筒仓布置与结构单元、生产工艺单元、安全管理单元、职业卫生单元,从而了解了可能存在机械伤害、粉尘爆炸、中毒等危害并及时制定对策措施。关键词:评价;筒仓;危险本科论文AbstractSafety evaluation can find, analyze and predict the dangerous and harmful factors in project engineering operation, and carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis on the identified risks so as to formulate safety countermeasures, prevent accidents and fundamentally "safety first, prevention first".The object of this safety risk analysis and evaluation is the grain silos in Jinzhou, Liaoning.
