本科论文摘 要矿井下存在的瓦斯在生产过程中,如果处理不当,就会有人员中毒或是发生瓦斯爆炸、火灾等事故。如果在处理得当的情况下,控制好浓度,利用其燃烧特性,瓦斯是一种可以利用的能源资源。所以为保证煤矿生产的安全进行,设计一套安全可实施的井下移动抽采系统,确保既能够满足井下实际需求,又尽可能降低经济成本的开销。借鉴过去瓦斯抽采方案并与聚德矿井的井下实际情况相结合。通过对井下的瓦斯涌出情况进行计算预测,根据计算数据和井下通风情况,选择适合的抽采泵型和管道。再根据井下的实际岩土情况和巷道走向,遵循尽可能减少对工作面改动的原则来设计敷设路线。本次设计对象井下根据日常和异常两种情况分别采用顶板走向长钻孔抽采方式和高位钻孔抽采方式,可达到满足抽放量和降低成本的目的。关键词:煤矿;瓦斯涌出量;瓦斯抽采本科论文AbstractIf the gas present under the mine is not handled properly in the production process, people can be poisoned or accidents such as gas explosions and fires can occur.
