本科论文摘 要大型地下商场通常建设在城市较为密集的地区，商场具有本身具有火灾载荷大、人员疏通困难、火灾扑救难度大的特征，导致地下商场发生火情之后，人员疏散困难，造成较大的财产与人员损害。文章根据大型商场的火灾特征与建筑特点，构建起了地下商场火灾风险评估体系，以专家综合评价方式研究地下商场中所存在的火灾隐患，为城市消防管理救援以及地下商场建设与维护管理工作提供参考意见。本文以地下商场火灾风险评价指标体系，使用层次分析综合评价的方式对 XD 文化广场地下商城火灾风险进行了评估与分析，得知 XD 文化广场地下商城整体火灾风险评价为 64.9125 的水平，且在建筑系统、电气系统、地下商场消防、火灾救援应急和安全管理等方面均处于临界状态，并且通过评估探索出 XD 文化广场地下商城火灾风险主要存在于建筑系统、应急因素和安全管理因素方面，从而为降商场的整体火灾风险、推动商场安全运行提供了数据依据。关键词：地下商场; 火灾风险; 综合评价本科论文AbstractLarge underground shopping malls are usually built in more dense urban areas, shopping malls have their own characteristics of large fire load, personnel dredging difficulties, fire fighting difficulties, resulting in underground shopping malls after the fire, evacuation difficulties, resulting in greater property and personnel damage.
