北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文BIM 技术在施工阶段中对项目质量的影响分析摘 要根据住建部在 2019 年 2 月发布的《住房和城乡建设部工程质量安全监管司 2019 年工作要点》和国家发展改革委与住建部在 2019 年 3 月联合发布“关于推进全过程工程咨询服务发展的指导意见”也明确指出国家需要大力研究开发和保护利用对于建筑项目的信息技术模型(BIM)，由此看出国家对 BIM 技术的重视程度十分之高。本文针对国内外传统的施工项目质量的控制和管理以及建筑业质量控制发展的现状和趋势,在深入研究国内外的现状和对 BIM 的质量控制理论,及其相关技术和软件的应用基础上，以实际的案例——绿景某项目进行分析，运用 BIM 技术结合图纸与模型，借图纸会审，碰撞检查等方法发现问题，与设计单位协调修改图纸，使问题在施工前得以解决，由此通过对比运用 BIM 前后状况分析 BIM 技术的介入带来的优点如减少返工，提高施工效率等，对施工质量有突破性的提高，最后通过对该项目的成功应用，证明 BIM 技术值I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文得推广；提出在该应用中所遇到的阻碍和困难，由于只运用部分 BIM 技术，达不到理想效果，在控制过程中的沟通与协调没有理论上那么高效，提出 BIM 的质量控制需要有一个好的协调平台。关键词：BIM 工程质量 控制方法 II北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractAccording to the ministry in February 2019 issued by the ministry of housing and urban-rural development engineering quality and safety supervision work points in 2019 "and the national development and reform commission and the ministry in March 2019, jointly issued" about promoting the development of the whole process of engineering consulting services guidance "also explicitly pointed out that countries need to research, development and protection of the building information model (BIM) technology of the project, from that state the importance of BIM technology extremely high.
