IBIM 技术在施工阶段中对项目进度的影响分析III北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文摘要据中国统计局统计，在 2018 的统计文件中，建筑业的人均劳动生产率在所有产业里排名倒数第三，这可说明传统的管理技术已经不再适应现在的高要求水准。BIM 作为一项新技术，渐渐在建筑领域上有属于它的出色发挥。在施工进度管理的过程中引入 BIM 技术可以利用项目过程的动态信息，发挥出有效率的沟通协同作用。例如，加强管理者对于施工现场的进度管理把控能力、节约施工时间、成本和减少工期滞后。因此一项新的管理技术的发展，能促进建筑业的绿色可持续性发展。虽然目前我国对于 BIM 的研究还处于发展阶段，并且理论研究不充分。但可以肯定的是，BIM 在工程领域却有着不可替代的管理作用。本文针对 BIM 技术与进度管理的结合来作为分析对象，从施工企业的角度结合在建工程绿景某项目进行分析。利用对比分析、案例验证、综合分析等方法对施工企业在传统进度管理中遇到的问题进行分析。最后再结合绿景项目案例，通过模拟 BIM 技术从图纸到现场进度计划的过程，来展现 BIM 技术可以通过图纸问题的事前控制、协同平台的高效协作以及建立 4D 模型，调整合理的进度计划与资源配置方法来对进度进行控制。关键词：BIM；进度管理；4D 施工信息模型；案例分析IV北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractAccording to China's national bureau of statistics, among all industries, the productivity per worker of construction industry ranked the third lowest in 2018.
