北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文BIM 技术在施工阶段中对项目成本的影响分析摘 要BIM 技术作为建筑企业智能化建造的重要工具，因能多维度展示项目集成模型及相关信息，信息互换与共享，备受建筑企业青睐。BIM 建模技术目前已相对成熟，但是 BIM 技术的施工应用研究还停留在起步阶段，因此，本文将重点以 BIM 技术在施工阶段成本管理中的应用为切入点，对施工阶段的结构碰撞成本影响分析和机电成本影响分析的方面进行研究，分析 BIM 技术对项目的成本的影响，并结合挣得值法对实际项目的成本数据进行案例分析，以论证 BIM 技术对成本控制的正向影响，以期对后续项目提供参考。关键词：BIM 技术 施工阶段 项目成本 挣得值法1北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractAs an important tool for intelligent construction of construction enterprises, BIM technology is favored by construction enterprises because it can display project integrated model and related information in multiple dimensions, and exchange and share information.
