本科论文摘 要随着社会的发展和人类的进步,我们越来越追求自身的安全与物品的安全。而随着安全系统工程的引入,国家和越来越多的企业在施工和运行时进行安全评价,安全评价已经逐渐变为强制性的法律要求,而根据国家安全生产法和一些有关安全生产法律法规的要求,水电站项目必须根据安全评价的相关的标准对水电站的施工及运行等阶段安全评价。安全评价是对工程和运行中可能出现的危险有害因素进行识别分析,分析出原因,然后针对性的针对具体的危险因素提出各自相应的安全防范措施,用来指导施工生产和运行中的安全管理。很多企业通过安全评价来减少和控制企业生产、施工中的危险有害因素、降低生产中的事故风险,有效地保护了企业的财产和员工的健康,全面提高了企业的本质安全程度和管理水平。本着“安全第一,预防为主”的安全生产指导方针,我们对白水河三级水电站建设过程中可能出现的事故和各种事故原因,针对工程选址及工程总体布置危险、有害因素,设备和系统及主要建筑物,生产过程的主要危险因素,生产作业场所有害因素,施工期危险性分析等进行了安全预评价,并提出了安全对策措施与建议。关键词:水电站工程;安全预评价;危险源Abstract本科论文With the development of society and social progress, people's safety and health concerns and requirements are getting higher and higher.
