本科论文摘 要随着社会的不断发展和进步，安全管理被更多企业管理者和研究人员所重视，对于企业安全管理的不断落实最重要的就是安全领导起到的带头作用，在国内外以及有很多学者对安全领导力展开了深入的研究，证明了安全领导力在企业的安全管理中的重要性。但在国内关于安全管理的研究大多数过于看中安全结果，少有人研究安全领导者在安全管理工作中起到的重要职责。安全管理最重要的就是领导者的管理，现如今大多数企业员工都只是被动的遵守着各种安全规章制度，并没有主动的参与到企业的安全管理行动中来，这样的结果只会让安全管理工作事倍功半。想要让员工主动参与到企业的安全文化建设当中，那就需要企业的安全管理人员起到领导带头的作用。本文就企业中安全领导者应具备的领导素质进行深入研究，并归纳总结安全领导者应履行的职责，提升安全领导者的综合能力。对安全领导素质与职责培养在企业中起到的作用进行分析，加强企业安全文化的建设、增强企业安全领导者的能力，通过安全领导者的带领让全体员工主动参与到企业安全文化建设当中。关键词：安全领导力；领导素质；安全管理；安全文化本科论文abstractWith the continuous development and progress of society, more and more enterprise managers and researchers attach importance to safety management.
