BIM 技术在建筑施工中应用的研究摘要BIM 技术作为施工领域新一代的核心技术，对整个建筑施工行业有着非常巨大的影响。最近几年，科学技术的不断前进，我国的基础设施有了很快的发展，我国的建筑施工行业迎来了巨大的挑战，因为施工现场的复杂性和多变性，在进行建筑施工的时候，一般会导致浪费人力资源的情况，对于物力方面也会产生浪费。运用比较好的施工模拟，能够减少在施工的过程当中所遭遇的一些问题，为其提前做好准备。但目前 BIM 技术在建筑施工领域中的应用存在一定的局限性，未能做到与时俱进，这从一定程度上减缓了我国建筑施工行业的发展。本文将从 BIM 技术的基础概念开始叙述，分析它的优缺点，以及在国内目前的发展现状，在建筑施工领域的应用情况和未来的发展前景和应用方向，根据其目前遇到的问题，尝试总结出解决的方法以及如何在建筑施工领域进行更好的应用，为其在我国的发展开拓新的道路。关键词：BIM 技术，建筑施工，应用，研究北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractBIM Technology is the next generation of basic technology in the construction field, which has a considerable impact on the whole construction industry.
