SH 发电公司企业内部执行力评价与提升研究I摘 要当前,国有企业体制机制改革正逐步深入,国有企业执行力问题已经成为现代企业管理领域中最热门的研究课题之一。长期以来,多数企业延续着传统的运营管理模式,并没有适应改革地推进实现自身的转型升级,导致管理效率下滑,这在很大程度上影响了企业的经营效益。本文通过学习和借鉴企业执行力相关理论的研究成果,运用科学实用的层次分析法作为主要研究方法,对 SH 发电公司的内部执行力进行实例研究,广泛查阅了企业的历史资料,对企业管理者和执行者进行了实地访谈和问卷调查,对基础数据进行统计和分析,建立执行力影响因素评价模型,讨论和探索企业执行力的影响因素,进而可以直观地对执行力进行评价,并提出提升策略,以解决企业运转中现实存在的执行问题,为企业实现良性循环、快速健康发展提供智力保障。通过层次分析法和模糊综合评价,确定了各评价指标的权重和综合评价得分,测出该公司其所得评价值为 72.79 分,说明其执行力水平一般,存在着一定的问题我们研究分析后制定了执行力提升建议,为提升执行力提供理论指导,同时具有一定实际应用价值。关键词:发电企业;内部执行力;层次分析法;评价与提升IIIIIAbstractAt present, the state-owned enterprise system reform is gradually deepening, the execution of state-owned enterprises has become one of the most popular research subjects in modern enterprise management.
