安徽奇瑞汽车国际竞争力分析摘 要近十年,民族品牌汽车经历从零到有的成长,解决了衰微基础,竞争紧张等诸多难题,取得了骄傲的成果。奇瑞也跻身于全国顶尖汽车制造商之列,销量很好。2017 年 5 月,奇瑞荣获 2016 中国最佳自主品牌汽车企业。奇瑞大力提升自身国际化策略,力求在各市场寻找庇护所,并得到普遍承认。但在中国汽车出口时代,之前的许多问题已经掩盖不住了。在进入海外市场的过程中,奇瑞既有在巴西,埃及的乐成,也有在欧洲市场上举步维艰。因此在这个过程中,必须要清晰知道奇瑞汽车在何处取得成功,也要看见短板。借助 SWOT 分析法了解奇瑞的国际竞争力,由此得到增强其国际竞争力的建议。关键词:安徽奇瑞汽车;国际竞争力; SWOT;创新Analysis on the international competitiveness of Anhui Chery AutomobileAbstractNearly ten years, national brand cars experience from zero to have the development, overcame the weak foundation, the competition environment intense and so on many difficulties, has obtained the gratifying achievement.
