本科论文摘 要本研究针对 LNG 船舶靠离泊风险安全问题,借鉴相关领域评估模式研究的经验,以液化气船舶靠离泊安全为研究对象,从人、船、环境出发,建立了三个二级指标,十五个三级指标的风险安全评价模型。采用层次分析法计算得出不同层次的指标权重,并结合 LNG 船舶靠离泊风险评估现状,得到靠离泊的风险等级。结果表明人员因素是影响锚泊船舶安全的主要因素最重要的影响因素。本文所建立的评价模型合理、实用,是评价锚泊船舶风险安全的一种有效的评价途径。关键词:靠离泊,层次分析法,风险评估本科论文AbstractThis study aims at the safety problem of LNG ship berthing and departing, and draws on the experience of evaluation model research in related fields, and takes LNG ships Berthing and berthing safety as the research object, starting from people, ships, and the environment, and establishing three secondary indicators and fifteen third-level indicators Risk safety evaluation model.
