I广东东软学院本科生毕业设计（论文）YSHL 安防公司供应商选择与评价体系研究 Research on supplier selection and evaluation system of YSHL security company内容摘要在制造业中，供应链的管理是十分重要的，特别是现在我国市场经济的快速增长下，市场竞争十分激烈，这就更加要求企业们要更加重视供应链的管理，如何根据供应链管理的思想和方法，选择和培育出有长期战略和良好合作关系的供应商。从而更好的提高自身竞争力，提高企业的经济效益。这是本文主要探讨和研究的问题。本文首先要介绍什么是供应商，并且根据供应链管理理论的支持和评价指标来分析现在供应商选择面临的现状和在新的环境下该如何选择适合的供应商，是哪些因素影响着供应商的选择和价值评估。运用哪些因素和理论来构建供应商的评估价值体系也是本文研究的重点之一，结合 YSHL 安防公司的案例，并运用文献检索法、案例对比分析等多种方法来进行分析 YSHL 公司在选择供应商方面存在的问题，例如供应商的准入机制不完善，双方无法达成长期合作战略关系等。通过分析过后不仅能为 YSHL 公司提供一个选择好供应商和构建对应的评价体系的发展方向，也可以通过此举进一步的完善好供应链管理，使其更具有市场竞争力，也为一些制造业在选择供应商方面提供一定的参考价值。关键词：供应链管理；供应商；评价体系II广东东软学院本科生毕业设计（论文）AbstractIn manufacturing industry, the management of supply chain is very important, especially with the rapid growth of market economy in our country, the market competition is very fierce, which requires enterprises to pay more attention to the management of supply chain, how to select and cultivate suppliers with long-term strategy and good cooperation relationship according to the ideas and methods of supply chain management.
