摘 要幼儿园和家庭是幼儿生活的两大环境,因为两大环境中包含了多个方面对幼儿成长影响的因素,所以他们在幼儿成长的过程中发挥着巨大的作用。家园合作就是为了能够协调两者的关系,形成双向互动,促进幼儿身心健康和谐发展。本次研究主要依据相关家园合作理论和优秀研究成果,对杨陵区公办幼儿园家园合作现状作了调查和分析。主要采取问卷法和访谈法来调查家长和教师对家园合作的认识和态度,家园合作的内容、形式和频率。结果发现家园合作中存在内容单一、形式陈旧、家长和教师缺乏主动性以及缺乏合理的管理方法等问题。研究中还针对这些问题做了原因分析,主要是因为双方自身的因素、双方之间的关系因素、幼儿园管理疏于家园合作、地区的差异等四方面因素的影响。最后,针对所出现的问题提出相应的建议:1.树立正确的家园合作观念;2.制定合理的家园合作管理方法;3.探索更加新颖的家园合作形式;4.丰富家园合作内容。关键词:幼儿园;家园合作;调查;分析AbstractKindergarten and family are the two environments of infant life, because the two environments contain a number of factors influencing the growth of young children, so they play a great role in the process of infant growth. This research mainly based on the relevant homeland cooperation theory and the outstanding research results, the Yangling District public Kindergarten homeland cooperation present situation has made the investigation and the analysis. This paper mainly adopts questionnaire and interview method to investigate the understanding and attitude of parents and teachers on their homeland cooperation, the contents, forms and frequencies of their homeland cooperation.
