摘 要随着我国经济发展的日益繁荣，泉州鞋业已逐渐成为中国较有优势的行业之一。但近几年来，鞋产品的低附加值，缺乏核心能力和环境污染等问题也严重影响了泉州鞋业的发展。分析了泉州鞋业的经营管理现状，借鉴阿米巴经营模式在京瓷集团和日航的成功应用，对阿米巴经营模式在泉州鞋业中的应用进行了研究，提出建议，以提高泉州企业管理创新能力和市场竞争能力，促进泉州鞋类企业经济持续、健康、稳定的成长。关键词：经营模式；阿米巴经营模式；泉州鞋业AbstractWith the increasing prosperity of China's economic development, quanzhou shoes industry has gradually become one of the more competitive industries in China.
