摘 要A 公司基层管理人员培训现状及对策研究摘 要本文提出了基层管理者培训中存在的一些问题以及相应的解决对策,为提高企业竞争力提供参考,促进企业的长远发展。本文选取 A 公司作为研究案例。以人力资源相关概念和理论为基础,吸收借鉴其他研究者们的前期研究成果;其次,根据公司实际情况,系统分析基层管理人员培训和开发现状;提出公司基层管理人员培训工作中存在的主要问题;最后,通过行为事件访谈法,以及问卷调查,分析基层管理人员培训需求,找到问题并针对问题提出解决对策及建议。关键词: 基层管理人员;培训;对策 Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Training of the Basic Management Personnel in Company AAbstractThis paper puts forward some problems existing in the training of grass-roots managers and the corresponding solutions, so as to provide reference for improving the competitiveness of enterprises and promoting the long-term development of enterprises.
