IATW 公司培训管理中存在的问题及对策研究摘要 在现代化的企业中,由于员工工作角色和工作性质的不断变化以及外部环境的压力,企业越发重视将高水平高素质的人才作为自身的核心竞争力,因此培训以及培训管理的作用逐渐凸显。对于任何企业来说,员工培训活动是一项系统性的工程,分析与确定培训需求、制定培训方案、切实实施培训计划、及时评估与反馈培训效果四个环节环环相扣,缺一不可。本文以 ATW 公司为研究对象,通过向公司内部员工发放调查问卷,辅之以访谈调查,在了解该公司培训管理现状的基础上,分析出该公司在培训管理过程中没有有效分析员工的培训需求、培训计划缺乏针对性以及后续的培训评估与反馈机制不全面等问题,同时基于人力资源培训及培训管理理论,针对性地提出做好培训需求调查、优化相关培训内容、重视培训评估工作、建立相关保障措施等建议,为该公司开展培训管理工作提供参考。关键词 人力资源管理 培训管理 解决对策 IIResearch on the problems and countermeasures in the training management of ATW companyAbstract In modernized companies,the staffs experience constant changes in professional roles and nature.
