ALDH-2 与酒精依赖性的相关性研究进展摘 要:ALDH-2 酶与酒精代谢有着密切联系,不同人群的 ALDH-2 基因型频率不同催化体内乙醛氧化为乙酸能力的程度也会不同。研究 ALDH-2 基因与酒精之间的依赖性关系,能够帮助治疗一些酗酒后易患的疾病。比如:携带ALDH-2 等位基因的个体在饮酒后体内产生的乙醛代谢受到困难,乙醛在血液内浓度升高,就会导致体内组织器官受损。近年来,关于 ALDH-2 基因缺陷与相关病症的关系的研究日益增多。ALDH-2 在一些疾病的预防和治疗中将会有很大的应用前景。现就 ALDH-2 与人类疾病之间的相互关系作一综述。关键词:ALDH-2;ADH;酒精;疾病;肿瘤Research progress on the correlation between ALDH-2 and alcohol dependence[Abstract] ALDH-2 enzyme is closely related to alcohol metabolism, and the catalytic capacity of acetaldehyde oxidation to acetic acid in different populations varies with different ALDH-2 genotypes and frequencies. Studying the relationship between the ALDH-2 gene and alcohol dependence could help treat some diseases that are associated with alcoholism. For example, individuals with the ALDH-2 allele have difficulty metabolizing acetaldehyde, which is produced in the blood and can lead to tissue and organ damage.
