摘 要建立一套高效度的绩效考核体系,可以为企业进行管理决策供科学依据,有利于组织战略目标的实现,同时通过绩效改进激发员工的工作积极性,促进员工与组织的共同成长与发展。本文从相关背景入手,首先阐述了绩效考核的概念、目标、方法等基本理论知识及国内外对于绩效考核的研究现状;接着以颐和地产为例,对营销团队绩效考核进行全方位的调研、分析、诊断,对该公司的绩效考核所面临的问题进行了确认;然后针对问题,对公司、部门和员工的绩效考核体系进行了再设计。关键词:绩效考核;考核体系;体系设计IAbstractThe establishment of a high-efficiency performance appraisal system can provide scientific basis for enterprises to make management decisions, which is conducive to the realization of the organization's strategic goals.
