HPLC 测定饮片蒲公英中咖啡酸的含量及鉴别摘 要近几年随着我国的中药产业不断发展,发现一些中药企业对所生产药材质量的把控存在一定的问题,因此,中药质量检测具有非常重要的地位。蒲公英在我国分布广泛,作为药食同源的中药之一,药理作用非常显著。本文主要根据 2015版《中国药典》中定性及定量的检测方法对安徽林兰药业有限公司所生产的饮片蒲公英进行研究。首先通过薄层色谱法来定性的鉴别饮片蒲公英,观察薄层板同一位置上是否显示相同颜色的荧光斑点,确定咖啡酸的存在,然后采用高效液相色谱法上述药材中咖啡酸的含量进行检测。测得批号 180801 饮片蒲公英中咖啡酸的含量为 0.0357%,与 2015 版药典中的规定相符:咖啡酸含量≧0.020%,结果显示林兰药业公司生产的该批饮片为合格。关键词:蒲公英、咖啡酸、薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法IHPLC determination and identification of caffeic acid in dandelion DecoctionAbstractIn recent years, as China's continuous development of Chinese medicine industry, found that some Chinese enterprises for the production of quality medicines to control certain problems, therefore, traditional Chinese medicine quality control has a very important position.
