PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIIKYD 公司 90 后员工激励问题及对策研究Research of the incentive problems and strategies on employee after 90’s in KYD company中文摘要随着新时代下改革开放的进一步深化,我国经济社会不断发展,越来越多有着划时代特征的 90 后新生代逐步进入职场,并成为企业的生力军,90 后员工的激励问题也随之成为了企业管理研究的一大难题。近些年来,KYD 公司迅速发展,公司员工绝大部分都是 90 后,如何优化 90 后员工的激励,已经成为 KYD 公司不可忽视的问题。本文是运用了文献研究法结合归纳分析法,梳理了 90 后员工激励综述的相关文献,再介绍了 KYD 公司发展的概况和组织架构,进而深入分析该公司现阶段的激励制度情况。本文也采用调查问卷的形式来调查分析 KYD 公司的激励现状和员工激励的满意程度,对收集的数据资料进行整理并统计分析。基于此,本文再根据调查结果总结出该公司 90 后员工激励存在的问题。最后本文根据激励设计的基本思路和原则,针对该公司现存的激励问题给出了具体的有效的激励优化方案,同时也希望本文能对同行业其他公司有所借鉴。关键词:90 后员工;激励问题;激励机制;对策AbstractWith the rapid development of the reform and opening to the outside in The New Time and economy in our country , and more and more has distinct characteristics of The Times’ after 90’ new staffs, are taking their first steps into the working world and have gradually become a main force of enterprises.
