摘 要摘 要智能停车库收费管理系统是物联网时代中智能交通系统、智慧城市系统以及智能小区系统的重要子系统之一。它又由多个小系统组成-----车牌识别系统、收费系统、人员权限管理系统、数据库管理系统、传感器网络系统等;其中车牌识别系统是以机动车车牌为特定目标的机器视觉系统。本文介绍了一种基于物联网技术、NI 的工具图形化开发平台以及 LabVIEW 机器视觉库 Vision 的运动状态下的车牌识别系统的开发模式。该系统采用传感器触发视频拍照系统以及射频系统的运行,然后触发识别系统进行图像灰度化、图像校正、边缘化检测车牌定位、二值化、车牌号分割、字符匹配等一系列机器视觉功能,实现车牌号识别提出,最后传入收费管理系统进行数据处理。基于物联网技术的智能停车库收费管理系统实现了规范化、科学化、网络化和智能化,它能够在复杂的天气环境下进行准确、快速、稳定的完成车辆停车收费管理。关键词:车牌识别 形态学图像处理 机器视觉 LabVIEW 停车库收费管理 ABSTRACTABSTRACTThe intelligent parking fee management system is one of the important subsystems of the intelligent transportation system, the intelligent city system and the intelligent community system in the age of the Internet of things.
