摘 要题目：E 企业筹资方式和筹资渠道创新研究 摘要 随着我国经济的发展、改革开放的不断推进，以及国家相关优惠政策的出台，中小企业的发展和地位越来越受到广大社会公众的重视。社会经济的发展与中小企业的发展相互影响，彼此依存，但随着中小企业的逐步发展与进步，便出现了中小企业融资困难和企业经济停滞不前的社会问题。本文通过对 E 企业筹资问题的研究分析，首先对企业筹资的含义和方式和渠道的概括了解。然后分析 E 企业的融资现状，最后提出缓解 E 企业融资困难的途径和对策分析。为了加强中小企业的融资能力和社会经济的发展，中小企业应该从各方面进行战略性的调整，一迎合市场的规律，从而提升企业自身的融资问题。 关键词 筹资困难 缓解途径 E 企业I摘 要ABSTRACT With the development of China's economy, the continuous promotion of reform and opening up, and the promulgation of relevant preferential policies of the state, the development and status of small and medium-sized enterprises have received more and more attention from the public.
