论文题目W 公 司 薪 酬 激 励 问 题 的 初 探 摘 要:本文在对国内外高科技企业高层员工薪酬激励研究现状以及所涉及到的理论进行阐述的同时对我国高科技企业高层员工薪酬激励机制进行了研究,并对 W 公司高层员工薪酬激励现状进行了分析,根据研究结果和模式,提出了一些通过有效的管理激励的途径来提升员工满意度、降低员工离职倾向的具体措施,使员工和企业清楚的意识到自己对对方应尽的责任和义务,尽可能的达到对方的期望,减少降低双方满意度的事情发生,为企业全面了解员工的心态、有效的激励员工、改善企业经营管理提供了一定的借鉴和参考作用。 关 键 词 : 员 工 激 励 心 理Abstract: This paper in the domestic and foreign high-tech enterprise senior staff incentive research present situation as well as the theories of China's high-tech enterprise senior staff salary incentive mechanism are studied, and the W's senior staff salary incentive analysis of the current situation,according to the results and mode, and put forward some through effective management incentive ways to improve employee satisfaction, reduce the tendency of employee turnover specific measures, staff and conscious of the enterprise to the other party should the completely responsibility and the duty, as far as possible to each other's expectations, reduce both satisfaction things happen reduced, for a comprehensive enterprise employees know the mentality, effective incentive employees ,improve the enterprise management to provide some reference and function.
