I基于西门子 plc 的电烤箱温度系统设计摘 要：随着科学技术发展的越来越先进，许多设备、仪器、家电都实现了智能控制，极大的方便了人们的生活日常，改善了人们的生活水平。各种各样的设备能够实现自动化控制，离不开单片机和可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的发展。温度控制是工业生产、日常生活中的一项重要指标，因为温度控制的精细与否直接决定加热的产品成品的好坏。随着电烤箱的出现，逐渐成为了人们厨房中的必需品，在越来越多的厨房中出现，而电烤箱就是通过温度来实现对实物加热的，所以本文以电烤箱入手，设计了一种基于西门子 PLC 的电烤箱温度控制系统，旨在实现电烤箱温度的精细控制，改善电烤箱性能。本文从硬件和软件方面介绍了温度控制系统的组成，重点论述了西门子 PLC 的工作原理及使用方法，利用 PLC 的 PID 控制功能来实现电烤箱的温度控制。关键词：西门子 S7-200，PLC，温度控制系统，PIDDesign of oven temperature system based on Siemens PLCAbstract:With the development of science and technology, many equipments, instruments and household appliances have realized intelligent control, which greatly facilitates people's daily life and improves people's living standards.
