北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文EPC 总承包模式下的工程项目风险管理研究摘 要随着国内市场经济的完善,EPC 工程总承包模式得到了快速发展,但工程项目的风险管理认识仍然相对薄弱,总承包商几乎承担了所有责任。为避免巨大的损失,应实施良好的风险应对战略。本文将对 EPC 总承包模式的特性和起源进行分析,然后根据 4 个阶段:风险识别、风险分析、风险评估及风险应对战略对 EPC 总承包模式应对风险方法进行说明。最后,以上海环球金融中心项目为例,剖析投标管理阶段及建设阶段面临的风险因素。得出结论,有效的风险管理机制可以有效降低工程实施决策过程中的风险水平,使决策系统合理化,不耽误工期,为承包商降低损失。关键词:EPC 风险识别 风险应对 风险管理 上海环球金融中心项目北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractWith the improvement of domestic market economy, EPC project general contracting mode has developed rapidly, but the risk management of engineering projects is still relatively weak, and the general contractor has assumed almost all the responsibilities. In order to avoid huge losses, we should implement a good risk response strategy. This paper will analyze the characteristics and origins of EPC general contracting mode, and then explain the risk response methods of EPC general contracting mode according to four stages: risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and risk response strategy. Finally, taking the Shanghai world financial center project as an example, the paper analyzes the risk factors in the bidding management stage and the construction stage. It is concluded that the effective risk management mechanism can effectively reduce the risk level in the decision-making process of project implementation, rationalize the decision-making system, not delay the construction period, and reduce the loss for the contractor.Keywords: EPC risk identificati...
