广东东软学院本科生毕业设计(论文)EAP 员工帮助计划对员工幸福感的影响研究-以 SZ 供电局为例Examining the impact of EAP on Employees Happiness – A Case Study of SZ Power Supply Bureau广东东软学院本科生毕业设计(论文)内容摘要文章主要研究员工帮助计划(Employee Assistance Program)对员工幸福感的影响。当今形势下,我国大部分企业出现了在管理方式上与社会发展不相适应的现象。研究调查显示,大部分企业员工的幸福指数并不高。由此一来,EAP 这个概念慢慢深入人心,员工的幸福感也逐渐发展成为企业应该关注的问题。毋庸置疑企业是国民经济发展的中坚力量,是推动经济实现质量与速度并存发展的核心根基。员工是为企业创造价值的资源,要使员工发挥自身价值并更好地为公司创造价值,企业也应为员工提供帮助。由此看来,企业在施行 EAP 的过程中应最大程度地考虑员工幸福感的要素,眷顾员工的实际需要,全方位提高员工的幸福指数,从而提升企业团体绩效。本文将通过了解 EAP 发展的模式、服务范围和流程,调查 EAP 对员工幸福感的影响,借鉴结合国内外企业成功的 EAP 经验,将 EAP 员工帮助计划融入到 SZ 供电局中去,为解决提升员工幸福感并更好地为企业带来价值的问题做出探索。关键词:员工幸福感;EAP;影响因素;工作幸福感;员工帮助计划广东东软学院本科生毕业设计(论文)AbstractThis paper primarily examined the impact of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) on employees’ sense of happiness. In recent years, an emerging gap between corporate management and societal development was observed in a lot of enterprises nationally. A number of research indicated the level of satisfaction at work remains low for most employees.
