155kW 浮头式换热器设计摘 要换热器作为工业中常用的机器，在工业生产中拥有着相当高的使用量,其中被广泛使用的领域主要是化工、石油方面。换热器的种类非常多样，但无论哪种类型的换热设备里，其作用都是将热物料中所含热量传递给冷物料，从而实现工业生产过程中热量的交换和传递。本设计主要以管壳式换热器作为研究对象，设计 155kW 浮头式换热器。本文将在利用平时学习中积累的知识和查找各种有关换热器的参考文献的基础上，以各种方式分析换热器的发展历史和发展目标，再根据实际情况通过公式求得热力系数、结构设计和强度计算，并通过 CAD 辅助软件绘制出换热器的结构图，最后编写设计说明书。使我们全方位的认识换热器，用深刻的方法学习和温故设计过程中有关的资料。关键词 ：浮头式换热器；热力计算；强度计算；CAD 辅助设计 Design of 155kw floating head heat exchangerAbstractAs a common machine in the industry, heat exchanger has a high usage in industrial production, among which the widely used fields are mainly chemical industry and petroleum.
