95 后员工职业生涯管理研究 要近几年来,随着我国社会与经济的不断发展,人力资源管理对于经济发展的的重要性也日益显现,而作为人力资源管理中至关重要的职业生涯管理更是必不可少的内容。在当今的时代,95 后的员工们也将进入职场,因此对于职业生涯管理问题的研究就显得尤为重要,对其进行深入的研究对于公司的发展以及员工的个人成长都具有重要的意义。而本文选择的研究对象便是位于重庆的江渝建筑有限公司的全体 95 后员工,对他们的职业生涯的管理状况进行深入的探究。在本次研究中,我们将采用文献分析法的研究方法,对 95 后员工们职业生涯管理及对在此过程中出现的一些问题进行深入的分析。并对发现的问题提出改进的措施,以方便企业改进不足,努力提高企业的职业生涯管理的管理水平。关键词:职业生涯管理;95 后员工;个人发展;企业发展AbstractIn recent years, with the continuous development of China's society and economy, the importance of human resource management for economic development has become increasingly apparent, and as a vital career management in human resource management is an indispensable content.
