摘 要30 多年来，计划生育政策作为我国的一项基本国策，有效的控制了我国人口过快增长，但是，很多问题也随之而来：我国进入到低生育国家行列，劳动力短缺，人口老龄化严重，受重男轻女思想影响我国男女比例失衡……很多独生子女存在的问题逐渐突出。我国在党的十八届五中全会中提倡全面实施二胎政策，虽然政策已经出台，但是人口的增加在很大程度上取决于人们的生育意愿，所以调查分析了 80、90 后独生子女二胎生育意愿与影响因素，并对如何增强 80、90 后独生子女二胎生育意愿提出了对策建议，以促进 80、90 后独生子女积极生育二胎，来解决我国经济社会发展中存在的各种人口问题。关键词：80、90 后独生子女；二胎生育意愿；影响因素；对策建议AbstractOver the years, the family planning policy as a basic policy of our country, effective control of China's rapid population growth, however, many problems have followed: China has entered the ranks of the low fertility countries labor shortage, serious aging population, the influence of patriarchal ideology in China.
