北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文CIM 集成技术在工程项目建设中的应用探析摘 要CIM 集成技术，主要就是 BIM、GIS 以及 IOT 的技术集成。目前，我国 CIM 集成技术还处于萌芽阶段，所以在内容上也是不断丰富的。本文首先对 CIM 体系、国内外现状、政策等方面对 CIM 进行比较全面的概述；其次以沙洲湖国际教育中心项目为案例Citymaker 平台为技术支撑，研究了 CIM 集成技术在工程项目建设中的应用情况；最后对 CIM 集成技术进行了拓展分析得出 CIM 集成技术在工程项目建设中的应用点以及我国 CIM 集成技术的发展趋势。关键词：大数据 BIM CIM 集成技术 地理信息系统 Citymaker 平台1北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractCIM technology mainly includes BIM, GIS and Internet of things.At present, China's CIM integration technology is still in its infancy and development stage, so it is constantly enriched in content.
