S 造纸企业人员流失及治理对策研究摘要自从我国改革开放 40 年以来,制造业企业为我国国家经济发展做出了尤为重要的贡献, 制造业企业在我国国民经济社会发展中具有重要作用。我国一直以来都是一个制造业大国,因此对于制造业企业的员工流失问题的研究是对于现当代制造业稳定发展具有很重要的作用。现在企业招工问题、用工问题变得越来越突出,加上制造业企业生产成本的不断上升、技术储备的缺失,中国制造企业的员工流失率居高不下。越来越多企业的关注人员流失率高的问题。本文的主体思路即提出问题、分析问题和解决问题。本文首先介绍了论文的选题背景、研究意义以及论文的研究内容和目的;其次对论文涉及的相关概念和理论进行了比较详尽的阐述,并在此基础上对我国制造业企业员工流失现状进行分析;然后通过问卷调查及面谈法,对 S 公司为例的员工流失情况进行研究,找出导致人员流失的真正原因,并据此提出有针对性的对策,由此更好的减小招工成本,提高企业利益;最后,本文做出结论,并对员工流失的进一步研究给予期望。希望本论文的研究对解决 S 造纸企业员工流失问题,为公司的经济发展贡献一份力量。关键词:制造业 人员流失 对策 S 公司A study on the loss of personnel in s paper mill and the CountermeasuresAbstractSince China's reform and opening up 40 years ago, manufacturing enterprises have made a particularly important contribution to China's economic development.
