I摘 要乙烯工业是石油化工产业的核心,乙烯产量是衡量一个国家石油化工发展水平的重要指标。七十年代末期,我国集中引进了一批年产 30 万吨规模的大型乙烯生产装置,扬子乙烯生产装置即是其中之一。换热器在工业生产中占有重要的地位,用于冷、热流体进行热量交换。在乙烯工业中是必不可失的设备。本次设计是对扬子乙烯装置中乙烯精馏工段的乙烯精馏塔塔顶冷凝器的设计。冷凝器的作用是冷凝乙烯使其返回塔顶回流。设计时了解各种换热器型式、优缺点和适用场合,综合考虑最后采用的是釜式固定管板换热器。本次设计主要根据 GB/T150-2014 与 GB/T151-2014 对换热器进行设计与校核,工作的重点为结构设计与强度校核。最后绘制换热器图纸。本次设计的内容包括:设备选型、选材、工艺计算、机械设计,并对其进行了强度、刚度、稳定性校核以及使用 CAD 绘制换热器的装配图与零件图。关键词:换热器;釜式;固定管板;工艺计算;强度校核IIDesign of Ethylene Distillation Tower Condenser for 300,000 Tons / Year Ethylene PlantAbstractEthylene industry is the core of the petrochemical industry, ethylene production is a measure of a country's petrochemical development level of an important indicator.
