摘 要安全玻璃是汽车必不可少的部件,它对驾驶员的视线以及乘座人员的舒适性、安全性起着至关重要的作用,设计好轻快、高科技的新颖车玻璃对汽车的动力性和燃油性也是新时期客户的要求。因此讨论安全玻璃和使用安全玻璃是进展中国家逐步讨论的课题,研制的意义大致集中在两个方面:一是提高汽车玻璃的安全性,二是使汽车玻璃具有新的功能。针对汽本文所讲的是汽车安全玻璃在生产过程中的钢化和夹层工艺流程,实行这种两种工艺使生产的质量和规模大大的提高,以及在生产过程中所采纳两种加工技术:红外辐射过滤技术和微波加热技术。通过工艺流程,讨论了汽车安全玻璃加工技术对汽车玻璃生产的影响。讨论表明,采纳红外辐射过滤加热技术和微波加热技术可以使玻璃辐射能量吸收率大于膜的吸收率,弯曲加工中膜温相对玻璃基板温度要低,有效地保证玻璃的光学性能,防止 Low-E 膜烧毁,控制了玻璃膜的温度。结合汽车安全玻璃的生产,分析了汽车玻璃的检测方法,从而有效保证了汽车玻璃的合格生产。根据汽车安全玻璃的进展,分析了汽车安全玻璃生产的新技术,为汽车安全玻璃的进展指明了方向。关键词: 汽车安全玻璃, 生产工艺, 加工技术 Automotive Glasses Manufacturing Process and TechnologyABSTRACTEssential components in automotive safety glasses, It the driver's line of sight as well as riding comfort of personnel, security plays a vital role in designing a good light, high-tech novelty car glass on the vehicle dynamics and fuel is also a new era of customer requirements.
