I摘 要随着我国经济的发展，我国汽车制造企业也得到了快速的发展。发动机是汽车的核心，然而讲我系统又是发动机的重要组成部分，点火系统对于发动机工作起着至关重要的作用，良好的点火系统能够有效的降低汽车尾气的排放，同时也降低了燃油的消耗，能够使得发动机进行正常的工作。所以对于点火系统进行设计是至关重要的，这样使得系统能够正常的进行工作，具有优良的性能。汽车制造企业在对于汽车生产过程中尤其注重对于点火系统的设计。通过对点火系统进行进一步优化，能够有效的提高点火系统的性能，降低了发动机的油耗，对于汽车的生产起到至关重要的作用。然而发动机在进行使用的过程中，由于对于发动机也不够注重保养，这样很容易使点火系统不能够进行正常的工作，严重的影响着发动机的正常的使用。本文的研究的目的为：20R 型发动机电子点火系统故障进行分析，并且对于故障进行维修。研究的结果：20R 型发动机电子点火系统存在的主要故障为电控点火系统不工作维修、火花塞故障维修、点火线圈故障维修，所以要及时的对于20R 型发动机电子点火系统进行检测和维修。关键词：发动机；点火系统；诊断IIAbstractWith the development of China's economy, China's automobile manufacturing enterprises have also obtained rapid development.
