年产 17 万吨的耐磨聚碳酸酯的工艺设计摘 要本设计的生产目标是每年生产 17 万吨耐磨聚碳酸酯,本文设计合理的生产系统利用界面缩聚法进行生产。从合成聚碳酸酯、光气化反应、缩聚、后处理几个步骤来设计工艺流程,并进行物料衡算、热量衡算以及设备选型。以经济、高效、切实可行为设计理念,进行工厂的整体设计。同时本文有对生产过程中的厂区布置进行成本及利润核算并对“三废”处理作了相关说明,而且绘制了相应的设计图纸,设计图纸包括主要设备图、工艺流程图。关键词:聚碳酸酯,界面缩聚,光气法,双酚 AProduction process design of 170000t / a wear-resistant polycarbonateAbstractThis design is mainly based on the production target of 170000 tons of wear-resistant polycarbonate per year, design a reasonable production system, and use the interface polycondensation method to produce polycarbonate.
