I摘 要0-3 岁婴幼儿早期教育对人一生的发展具有重要影响，是人的智力发展和社会人格形成的关键时期。随着人们教育观念的转变和社会各类早教机构的发展，许多家长在孩子 0-3 岁时期选择将孩子送往早教机构，但家长在参与早教机构教育的实际过程中却存在着许多问题。因此，本研究以广州市某知名连锁早教机构为例，运用调查问卷法、观察法、访谈法等研究方法来研究 0-3 岁早教机构中家长参与的现状。研究围绕所调查家长的基本情况、早教机构中家长对家长参与的认识和早教机构中家长参与的方式这三个内容展开调查。研究结果发现，0-3 岁早教机构中家长参与存在家长对参与角色的认识与参与行为不一致、家长参与方式单一以及教师对家长参与缺乏必要指导这三个问题。针对以上问题，本文提出了三个建议：早教机构要为家长提供丰富多样的参与途径、教师要提高对家长参与的指导能力和家长要转变参与的行为方式。关键词：0-3 岁早教机构； 家长参与； 现状调查IIAbstract Early education of infants and young children aged 0-3 years has an important influence on the development of human life, which is a critical period of human intellectual development and social personality formation.
