《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》背景下的幼儿教师师德教育研究摘 要“教育大计,教师为本。有好的教师,才能有好的教育。”幼儿教师的质量决定着学前教育的质量,高素质专业化的幼儿园教师队伍是保障儿童健康发展的前提。《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》的出台,对幼儿教师师德建设提出了更高要求,也对幼儿园教师实施正确教学行为做出了基本规范。而作为其中第一个维度的师德,在幼儿教师的专业素养中处于核心地位。本研究在国内外相关学者对幼儿教师师德研究和国内专家对《专业标准》解读的基础上,运用文献分析法,调查问卷法。以《专业标准》为依据,分别选取山东省不同地区不同性质幼儿园的幼儿教师进行情景问卷调查,对其师德现状等相关问题进行分析,提出关于幼儿教师专业水平的相关建议以便提高幼儿教育质量。在师德现状方面,笔者发现,大部分幼儿教师比较能清晰认识自己专业,日常教学行为符合《教师标准》。但是也存在部分老教师故步自封,忽视《专业标准》的学习。在师德建设方面,应加强幼儿教师学习《专业标准》的意识,加强合作意识。 关键词:幼儿教师;师德;《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIAbstract"Education, teacher-oriented.
