PMSM 矢量控制调速系统建模与仿真摘 要随着科技更加便捷的发展,引进了一些新的更加方便,更加高效,更加准确,更加无损耗的技术,即 PMSM 矢量控制技术。第一,PMSM 就是加入了新的材料,把之前的电动机做了改动,利用永磁材料替代之前的结构来维持电动机永恒的转动,使定子与转子的速度同步起来,这样的电动机就叫做永磁同步电机。直流励磁绕组相对于永磁材料来说损耗降低了。第二,矢量控制理论即就是通过控制电动机工作时的电流,主要是控制其中的磁场电流和转矩电流的角度大小和模值大小,把这种控制定子电流的方式称之为矢量控制。通过以上两种技术的改革,从而使对电动机的控制更加简洁,方便,高效。本文的研究思路是先对永磁电动机的基本结构,工作原理,及其应用特点本做了简单的阐述,然后介绍了面装式电动机的矢量控制技术,最后建立永磁电动机的矢量控制调速系统,进行仿真数据,和最后的分析仿真结果。关键词:PMSM 矢量控制技术;永磁材料;矢量控制理论;建立;仿真AbstractWith the development of technology more convenient, the introduction of some new more convenient, more efficient, more accurate, more lossless technology, that is, PMSM vector control technology.
