电梯运行状态监控系统设计摘要实现电梯运行状态监系统设计的目标,综合测量数据并以多种方式传输。本系统采纳传感器采集电梯运行数据,通过微处理器进行非常态数据分析,经由GPRS 网络传输,局域网传输与 485 通讯传输多种方式实现电梯故障报警、困人救援、日常管理、质量评估、隐患防等功能。本文以电梯运行状态监控进展情况和现状为课题背景,论述了运行状态监控硬件的开发过程,主要完成课题中设计。首先介绍了运行状态监控系统的硬件框图。其次,介绍了每一部分的电路图的功能和电路图。另外,本文还介绍了STM32F107VCT6 对于采集的数据进行实时采集、自动存储、即时显示、即时反馈、自动处理、自动传输。本文最后提出了设计中的一些不足之处和对今后的一些要求。关键词:电梯运行状态监控,数据采集器,STM32F107VCT6ABSTRACTThe goal of the elevator is to design a data collector of remote elevator monitor system, enable it to transmit data through different methods. This topic is based on the scientific research project“remote elevator monitor system ", using sensors to get data, then send them toto analyze, transmit data through , Ethernet, wireless . Users could use these data to evaluate the quality of the elevator.This thesis introduces the hardware design of wireless remote elevator monitor systemwith the background of measuring embeddedsystem; mainly complete the design of hard ware design in the subject. Firstly introduces the current development of remote elevator monitor system. Secondly, this thesis introduces the overview of the data collector and the detail of each part.
