北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计玻璃清洁机器人的研发-吸附机构设计玻璃清洁机器人的研发-吸附机构设计摘 要本课题设计任务是设计玻璃清洁机器人的吸附机构和移动机构。通过对市面上各种吸附机构和移动机构对比和分析。本课题提出采用单吸盘负压吸附吸附机构和安全保护系统机构的方案。对玻璃清洁机器人进行受力分析,分析吸盘的吸附能力和密封装置,选取单吸盘作为吸附装置,并确定叶轮驱动电机型号。设计安全保护系统的整体架构,画出它的结构简图,并确定安全保护系统的工作流程对小车的导轨进行有限元受力分析,选取合适的导轨型号,对吊杆进行剪力和弯矩力学分析,选取合适的吊杆型号。参照市面上的玻璃清洁机器人外观,设计玻璃机器人外观配色。最后用三维软件 Solidwork 绘制零件图和装配图,用 AutoCAD 修改装配图和零件图的细节。关键词:单吸盘;力学分析;有限元;安全保护系统北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计 Research and development of glass cleaning robot-Design of adsorption mechanismAbstract The task of this project is to design the adsorption mechanism and mobile mechanism of glass cleaning robot.
