北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计玻璃清洁机器人的研发-擦洗机构设计玻璃清洁机器人的研发-擦洗机构设计摘 要本课题设计任务是设计玻璃清洁机器人的擦洗机构和移动机构。通过对市面上各种擦洗机构对比和分析,本课题提出采用滚筒擦洗擦洗机构的方案。对玻璃清洁机器人擦洗机构的减速装置分析,确定擦洗机构为滚筒,并确定叶轮驱动电机型号。设计擦洗机构,画出它的结构简图,并确定擦洗机构的工作流程,对低速轴进行有限元分析,选取合适的轴承和联轴器,对擦洗机构的减速装置的高速轴和低速轴进行力学分析,设计合适的轴。最后用三维软件 Solidwork 绘制零件图和装配图,用 AutoCAD 修改装配图和零件图的细节。关键词:擦洗机构;力学分析;有限元 北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Research and development of glass cleaning robot design of scrubbing mechanismSummaryThe task of this project is to design the scrubbing mechanism and the moving mechanism of the glass cleaning robot. Through the comparison and analysis of various scrubbing mechanisms on the market , in this paper, the scheme of drum scrubbing mechanism is proposed. Through the analysis of the deceleration device of the scrubbing mechanism of the glass cleaning robot, it is determined that the scrubbing mechanism is a roller and the model of the impeller driven motor is determined. Design the scrubbing mechanism, draw its structure diagram, determine the working process of the scrubbing mechanism, carry out the finite element analysis on the low-speed shaft, select the appropriate bearing and coupling, carry out the mechanical analysis on the high-speed shaft and low-speed shaft of the reduction device of the scrubbing mechanism, and design the appropriate shaft.
