I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文玻璃幕墙工程的造价控制分析摘 要随着建筑行业的迅速发展，越来越多的工程将玻璃幕墙应用于建筑物上。玻璃幕墙不仅拥有外形雅观、色泽多样化、整体效果好、设计灵活、抗震能力强等优点，并且在施工上能够实现系统化，在更新和维修方面也十分方便，因而备受青睐，成为现代建筑工程至关重要的建筑外围护结构或装饰性结构。正因为玻璃幕墙在建筑工程中的广泛应用，其成本控制也变得越来越重要。作为装饰装修工程的分项工程，玻璃幕墙工程主要通过工程量清单的方式来进行计价。而在玻璃幕墙工程中，其造价成本会因工程量计算的误差，材料价格的不准确等问题而造成偏差，因此我们需要对玻璃幕墙工程采取有效的措施，进行造价控制。本文以珠海市华发富山工业园邻里中心玻璃幕墙工程为案例，以工程量清单的形式从幕墙使用材料的品种规格，构造形式方面来分析不同种类的玻璃幕墙的综合单价影响因素,并提出相应的造价控制措施。关键词：玻璃幕墙 工程量清单 造价分析 造价控制II北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractIn the wake of profound development of construction industry, glass curtain wall is more and more applied in buildings.
